A few of the neat things I learned from being around a bunch of kids at the babysitter's for a month are High Fives, shaking my head no, and the ever appropriate response to food, bugs and slimy things: "Eeewwww". Enjoy!

We're back home in Tennessee! I LOVE it here. There are catapillars to talk to and sometimes squish, things to climb on and make my mom a nervous wreck, and best of all, I sleep really well, even my naps are longer!

Nestling's First Flight

Hi all! Byrdie's mom here. Byrdie took her first solo steps today! I tried to catch it on video but since she's still our little fledgling, they were over too soon. I promise I'll be vigilant the next few days and see about getting it recorded for the blog.

The sun did come out today so we took the dogs to the beach again. I crabwalked on my hands and feet in the sand and then went skinnydipping. Can't beat that!
